1) Scope
This Policy applies to visitors, users, customers, and leads worldwide (with focus on India, US, UK/EU, and UAE) who access our website, apps, tools, communications, and any service that links to this Policy.
2) What we collect
Information you provide

Account & profile: name, email, phone, password, role, company details.

Leads & forms: contact info, interests, project details, support messages.

Purchases: billing name/address and payment details (processed by gateways).

Social login: if you sign in with Google/Microsoft/Facebook/Instagram/LinkedIn, we receive basic profile data (e.g., name, email, avatar ID) to authenticate you.

10) Security

Our Services aren’t directed to children under 16. If we learn we’ve collected such data without proper consent, we’ll delete it.

13) Customers’ end-user data (B2B)
When Semly Pro processes personal data on behalf of a customer (e.g., within our SaaS), we act as a processor and the customer is the controller. Our Data Processing Addendum (DPA) governs that processing. Contact us to obtain/sign our DPA.
14) Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy. We’ll revise the “Last Updated” date and provide additional notice for material changes.
