Access to Courses: Upon payment, you will receive full access to the purchased digital marketing course. If for any reason you encounter technical issues or are unable to access the course content, please reach out to our support team immediately at acadamy@semlypro.com. We will ensure that the technical issue is resolved as quickly as possible.
Course Content and Updates: All course materials, including video lectures, reading materials, and other educational content, are provided as is. Semly Pro reserves the right to update or modify the content as necessary. These updates are not grounds for a refund, as the courses evolve with industry standards.
We offer a range of digital marketing services, including SEO, PPC management, social media marketing, content marketing, and more. The following refund and cancellation terms apply to services:
Cancellations Before Service Commencement: If you wish to cancel your order for a digital marketing service before any work has commenced, you may request a refund by contacting our support team at acadamy@semlypro.com or calling +91 9833967010. Any refunds provided for cancellations will be subject to deductions for administrative costs.
Partial Refunds for Ongoing Services: If a service has been initiated but not completed, partial refunds may be considered at our sole discretion based on the proportion of work completed and the time invested. Refunds in such cases will be calculated on a pro-rata basis, accounting for services already rendered.
Non-Refundable Services: Services that have already been fully delivered or completed are non-refundable. This includes instances where deliverables have been provided as per the agreed scope of work, even if they do not meet subjective preferences after delivery.
Dissatisfaction with Services: If you are dissatisfied with a service that has been provided, we request that you notify us as soon as possible. We will review your concerns and attempt to remedy the situation. Refund Timeline: Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days from the date of approval. The refund will be made to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Currency and Transaction Fees: Refunds will be processed in the original purchase currency. Any transaction fees incurred by third-party payment processors are non-refundable and will be deducted from the total refund amount, if applicable.
